We are committed to delivering personalised home care and supported living for adults aged 18 and over with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and other complex support requirements. Our dedicated team of trained and experienced professionals provides compassionate, reliable support, with staffing levels and skills tailored to the needs of each individual we serve.
With our services available all year round, we offer flexible home care, live-in care, community support, and supported living designed to promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being. From the very first contact, we work in partnership with the individual, their family or representatives, and the professionals involved in their care. This collaborative approach ensures that every plan is truly person-centred and aligned with the individual’s goals, preferences, and unique needs.
To deliver the right level of support, we carry out thorough assessments to understand each person’s requirements and recommend the most suitable home care or supported living provision to enhance their outcomes. Our supported living model provides a balance of independence and support, often within shared accommodation where individuals have their own private rooms while sharing communal areas such as kitchens and living spaces. Our founders bring extensive experience from working with Local Authorities, the NHS, and private organisations. With direct backgrounds as support workers and social workers, we have a clear understanding of service provision and the gaps that exist within the sector. Our mission is to bridge these gaps by delivering essential, high-quality services that our communities genuinely need.
